Just moved to the area and wanted Chinese food so we opted for Lotus. The Inside reminded me of the 90s. Cute and quiet. We ordered the egg drop soup, crab angles,veggie spring rolls, Phoenix and Dragon (white sauce), and Black Pepper Beef with fried rice. Everything came out so hot and fresh. We Will definitely be back.

I have gotten take out from here several times and it's been awesome every time. A lot of people are complaining about rude service, this is not rude by Chinese standards. the lady at the front is bonafide Chinese, if that upsets you while at a Chinese restaurant go elsewhere. the food is cheap and great, if you need special service there are plenty of massage parlors that offer that.

Lady that takes orders is severely rude. This has made me go 10 miles away just to get my food elsewhere. And the food at hong kong city is way better, cheaper, u get way more food and guy up front is super cool n nice. Also china garden is family run very very sweet and food is great too . Only and I mean the only thing that I liked about this restaurant is the spring rolls. They are really really good 😊

Went here for the lunch special. Menu CLEARLY states it comes with soup AND a spring roll. I order the sesame chicken with fried rice, and the woman behind the counter immediately starts screaming at me "IT COMES WITH FRIED RICE ANYTHING ELSE" like I did something wrong for simply ordering. Okay, whatever. I then ask if they have a cup of ice. She screams "NO WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING ELSE." Ma'am, it's ice. Not a mortgage. I pay, and because she never asked what soup I wanted, I politely confirm if it comes with wonton soup. This woman starts SCREAMING at me in another language, no clue what she was saying, but apparently she was trying to tell me it's EITHER spring roll OR soup. THEN WHY DOES YOUR MENU SAY IT COMES WITH BOTH?? It doesn't say "or." It doesn't say "choose one." It says it comes with it. Plural. Both. So yeah, I'm going to assume I'm getting what the menu says. This woman was so unnecessarily hostile for absolutely no reason. Screaming, rude, zero customer service skills. The food was fine but I don't care how good it is, I will never spend another dollar here. Get someone who isn't one bad day away from a meltdown over a lunch order. Do better.

I eat here every other day, it’s cheap and I like the taste of the beef with vegetables. The lady who takes the order is decent - basic Asian rudeness- the chicken is not chicken - I’m not sure what animal it is but it’s not chicken. Nevertheless I eat here for lunch every other day for a year. I will continue to dine here.
